About Us

President Elect- Diana Johnson

I am what some call a unicorn, in the fact I am still in the field after 27 years. I graduated from
NDSU in Fargo with a bachelors in Veterinary Technology and a Minor in Animal Science. I
have worked in New Mexico and Montana, until returning to my home town of Watford City 19.5
years ago. I have been at my current job for almost 10 years. I love the profession and knowing
I am making a difference and helping someones furbaby large or small. My favorite areas are
orthopedics, equine, and cattle. I have been married to my husband for 26 years. I have 3
children and 2 step children. We have 1 horse, 4 dogs, 4 cats and many chickens. In my spare
time I love hanging out with family and friends, riding horse or razr. Up until 1 year ago I spent
my winters travelling with my kids for hockey. I have decided to fill my spare time this winter with
working on obtaining my VTS in Equine Nursing. I look forward to serving my fellow technicians
and getting to meet new people in the field.
